CliniTrack / Clinical command center

One command center for the care happening between visits.

CliniTrack organizes authorized patient context into role-aware clinic workflows for intake, patient panels, alerts, labs, documents, provider workload, and operational follow-through.

CliniTrack is in development. Workflow details, integrations, roles, and all dashboard data shown remain illustrative until validated in production use.

Care-team reality

From clinic-wide attention to the individual patient record.

CliniTrack is organized around the questions care teams need to answer: who needs attention, what was recorded, who owns the next step, and where the source information lives.

01

Command center

Bring patients needing attention, unresolved instances, labs due, missed or discrepant doses, vial status, and recent documents into one operational view.

02

Patients and intake

Manage clinic-wide patient panels, newly paired intake, assignment, provider ownership, and the path into an active treatment workspace.

03

Clinical alerts

Prioritize source-labeled follow-up items by severity, owner, age, and resolution state without turning recorded facts into diagnoses.

04

Clinic operations

Coordinate fulfillment, inventory, reports, provider workload, roles, thresholds, and other clinic-defined workflows.

Clinical value

Designed to extend care, not complicate it.

Workflow principle

Keep the queue focused and every record attributable.

CliniTrack connects to Track+ while preserving source, timestamp, wording, and ownership. It can place relevant recorded facts together, but clinical interpretation remains the responsibility of the clinician.

  • Clinic, provider, and patient-level workspaces
  • Dose, vial, journal, lab, and document context
  • Role-aware queues and assignment
  • Separate patient, provider, and source-document records

Consent architecture

A clinic connection should never become blanket access.

The Track+ to CliniTrack linking model is being designed around two-sided pairing, explicit patient authorization, limited data scopes, and a clear boundary between an active shared workspace and records a clinic must independently retain.

01

Two-sided pairing

A patient and provider exchange short-lived codes, and neither code alone transfers information or activates a clinical connection.

02

Explicit sharing scopes

Patients review which categories are requested and separately choose whether existing history and future records may be shared.

03

Role-aware, read-only context

Authorized clinic users receive only the approved patient-created information, while originals remain attributable and protected from overwrite.

04

Pause, revoke, and audit

The design calls for visible access history, revocation controls, export, and a new consent grant before any disconnected relationship is reactivated.

Connected workflow

From authorized patient context to accountable follow-through.
